Welcome to the Eagles Landing Recreation Association’s web site. Eagles Landing is the premier community located in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Eagles Landing is located close to the boardwalk, beach, shopping, restaurants and exciting leisure attractions.

The Eagles Landing community consists of 6 individual associations, which are Eagles Landing I and II, Versailles, Captiva Sands, Sanibel Village and The Villas. Each association has its own board, rules and regulations and unique style of homes, all of which strive to maintain a high quality of living like no other community so close to the beach. All of the associations belong to the Recreation Association, and share the pools, tennis courts and our club house.
